2010 Partial Scholarship Rules
Unfortunately
because the current world economic crisis, the former supporters of the
jcmelo Institute canceled all the
totally free MBA courses in this 2010 year.
However, in this period as an alternative it is possible to apply
for a partial scholarship from our academic supporter
AbetInternational,
for only US$
220.00 in only one payment (instead of the standard cost of US$ 590.00),
and this
including the final examination,
the Diploma and the Transcript with a Public Notary seal.
To
apply, first see in the link "Frequently Asked Questions", the
details of that partial scholarship, and later fill the Form which is in the
Enrollment
link and send to us.
MBA programs in 35 languages!
Any one of our courses or MBA programs, are taught in up
to 35 languages! In each lesson you will receive two versions, the
original in English and another language of your choice, as your
native language (among our 35 languages options). For details, see
the link How It Work.
And that is very good for you, because in
the Business and IT fields the English is imperative, and you can
compare paragraph by paragraph in the two languages. To compare, you
will see both paragraphs at the same time. As an example, in the
Google Translate link (in the right column) please go to your native
language, and mouse over text or paragraph to view both languages at
the same time.
Available Languages
All courses are in English,
plus the same lessons in one of the following

Brief Notes on Business Administration & e-Company
Dr. S. Maurer, MBA Professor
Make a list right now of the ten accomplishmënts in your life or in the past year that mean the most to you. Haven't taken a sick day in months? Give yourself credit for it. Are you a loyal friend who would drop everything to help out? Include that. When the list is finished, keep it and read it daily.
In the past, CEOs focused on functional optimization. Now we see them looking at end-to-end process improvement, integrated processes all along the supply chain, and the concept of the extended enterprise.
With a general view of every angle, the customer relationship management [crm] computer system interacting directly with the clients through voice by phone [and voice recognition if necessary] without human actions, for marketing, sales, support, accounts, etc.
BPM reduces the time elapsed in a business process
The future debate will be crucial in understanding the respective contributions of information technology [it] and finance in controls and risk management, business-operations improvement, and growth—and the interdependencies of the chief information officer [cio] and CFO roles.
Besides integrating with legacy applications, web Services are beginning to help enterprises integrate multiple SaaS applications. Up to now the most ubiquitous integration problem, user management, has either been ignored by enterprises using SaaS or has had to be cobbled together by in house teams. I can tell you, we use everything from SalesForce to NetSuite to RightNow and we’ve had to put some pretty tricky things in to [imperfectly] manage users. Now we are seeing ready built solutions from TriCipher and Symplified that are making this easier and easier for both the SaaS vendor and the enterprise.
The name you choose for your product will be around for a long time and can have substantial impact on your products are perceived. Therefore, seriously consider some basic forms of market research to glean impressions of different names. For example, convene several focus groups to glean their reactions to various names.
“Security is a vital part of planning for and deploying a new UC system,” says Trent Waterhouse, vice president of marketing for Enterasys Networks, a ShoreTel partner and maker of secure network infrastructure.
Supervisors typically have strong working knowledge of the activities in their group, e.g., how to develop their product, carry out their service, etc. Many also use the term supervisor to designate the managerial position that is responsible for a major function in the organization, for example, Supervisor of customer Service.
Shipping options. Before signing up with UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, find out what value-added services they offer beyond shipping. Some carriers provide small businesses with an array of online fulfillment services. These include the ability to track orders not only by the carrier-assigned tracking number, but by your enterprise's internal order number. This way your customers can track their shipments, while you use the internal order number to facilitate your accounting.
The Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 required agencies to have CIOs, and Congress has since said it is committed to ensuring they are given adequate authority and responsibility.
CIOs are really nervous about outsourcing. Although the majority said they are doing it and they fully understand the business reasons for it, they worry about where their replacements are going to come from if enterprises ship out the it departments overseas.
Participants in the distribution channel believed that if you got the forecast right, good things would follow. But in reality, the forecast seldom presented a correct assessment of what customers actually purchased, thereby introducing variability and the resulting bullwhip effect.
Daily price, promotion, and markdown optimization ensures that items are priced for optimal profitability, both preseason and in season.
No matter how much planning you do, you will need to be ready for change. Software development rarely goes as planned, so don't get discouraged if you get off schedule. Executing and controlling are two sides of the same coin.

Our
Methodology
Our courses are individual,
and not in
group. Our lessons, your questions, our answers, the final examination, etc., all are
individual.
We preferred to create our own
methodology and not to use any existent WBT Web Based Training packages, because
of the necessary interaction between us and the students.
Like this
being, our methodology is:
-
In each week
we send between two up
to four new lessons.
-
First,
a copy of any lesson will be send to you, by e-mail, to study offline.
-
Second,
a copy of the same lesson will be in the Web, To see
this Web lesson, you will access a special address in the
Internet.
-
Your
exclusive Directory in the Internet and your access will
be deleted only after you finished your course. Therefore, your lessons will
be always accessed, until "today". This is good to avoid any
possible "disaster" in your computer.
-
Any
one of our MBA courses, are taught in up to 35 languages!
Our 35 available languages are the
following:
English,
Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Filipino,
Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese,
Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portugues, Romanian, Russian,
Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Espanol, Swedish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.
-
Our
translation methodology is very good for you, because in the Business and IT fields the
English is imperative, and you can compare paragraph by paragraph in the two
languages. To compare, you will see both languages at the same time. As
an example, in the Google Translate link (in our main page, in the right
column) please go to your native language, and
mouse over a text or a paragraph to view both languages at the same time. In
your lessons in the Web, will be the same procedure. Or
better, go to the link Lesson Example and do the same thing.
-
In
any
moment, if you want you can send questions through e-mails that will be commented individually by our
Teachers by e-mails in a maximum of 48 hours (This is what the WBT packets don't
have). To send your questions is not an imperative action, you use if you want
or not.
-
You don't need to buy
any documents or books, all necessary documents will be available.
It is a simple
methodology, but very
effective because of his great interaction, and this is the most important point
in any distance course.
